This is a good blow up stuff, knock down building, and throw people kind of game. :)
Presentation: Graphics are good. I don't really know the story because all I did was free-roam the city and knock down buildings. Music was good. 8.5
Gameplay: Free-roaming: INCREDIBLY FUN! In free-roaming, you can pick up any vehicle on the road, and yes that includes buses, and chuck it anywhere you want. If you throw the vehicle into the top of a skyscraper, it gets stuck inside the building! You can also pick up a random pedestrian and just chuck him or her anywhere. If you want to really see some explosions, destroy the bottom of a skyscraper, and watch come crashing down! One problem: it has terrible levels, but the free-roaming totally makes up for that. 9.9
Overall: An incredible free-roaming game, but does not have descent levels. A great game for $20.00

I thought this game actually wasn't that fun. Free roaming is cool, but the levels are so lame that it ruined the game for me.
I never did the levels so I don't know.
Looks cool for free roaming, but looks kind of repetitive.
Oh, it definitely is, I don't think you ever get new powers or upgrades.
